Litigation: This is the process that most are familiar with. In this case, the dispute is taken to court and is settled at the court. A lawyer is hired to present their side of the argument before the judge, and the jury, and then the decision lies in the hands of the judge and the jury itself. This is a very time consuming and very costly way of dealing with disputes. Several years and time will be lost fighting on a dispute case in court, so it is better to hire a consultancy that manages disputes and solve the matter without taking it to court.
